SUB-HEAD 1-- SUPPLY & LAYING OF CABLES Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sq. mm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make -:Finolex/RR Kabel/Polycab/Havells) partly in 20 mm size MMS PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall] to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch (Anchor) fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board on wall complete with 3 nos. suitable size “Ph, N & E” copper bar incl. bakelite/ perspex top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175 mm x 100 mm x 65 mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish. Supplying & fixing socket type fan regulator (Step Type) Anchor make on existing sheet metal switch board with bakelite / perspex top cover by screw after making housing for regulator knob by cutting bakelite / perspex top cover including making necessary connections etc. [18(a) /E-6]

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 3 x 1.5 sq. mm flexible copper wire. [ 21 (a) / C-3 ]

Fixing only exhaust fan after making holes including fixing nut bolts 9 x 100 – 150 mm with anti rotating facility in wall as per GS 12'' (300 mm) 1420 RPM EPC make Exhaust fan. [28(b)/C-4 ]

Supply & Fixing louver shutter (GI) on wall with necy. bolts & nuts (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) as per GS. [32(b)/D-14 ]

Dismantling the existing electrical accessories like all kinds of old wiring, batten, wooden block, conduit pipe, main switche, net guard, iron clad DB, MCB DB, Bus bar, light fittings, fan, fan clamp, power board, different sizes cable, gland, nail, fastener, damaged panel, incoming & out going cable etc. at working site and deposit the dismantles items at section store with mending good the damages as per direction. (1 No. Unskilled & 1 No. semiskilled labour)

Supplying & Fixing MS fan clamp of two piece type for RC ceiling (Size of Flat 40 mm x 9 mm) as per approved specification as per GS. [ 29/D-14 ]

Fixing only wall bracket fan on wall/ceiling by S&F rag bolts, nuts & washers (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) or as reqd. incl. S&F 3 x 1.5 sq. mm flexible copper wire 0.5 mt. Length. (C-4/29)
