Preparation of circuits, location diagrams, power diagrams, cable plan, bonding plan etc in Auto Cad 2000 or latest. The drawings shall be prepared in A3/A2/U size as required by Railways. The hard copies of the documents will be supplied by Railways. The Contractor has to draw 1 the drawings in Auto Cad very carefully and submit one copy of check print along with the soft copy in CD. The drawings shall be checked and returned by Railways indicating corrections if any. The corrections have to be made and final copy submitted in A3/ A2/ U size as required by Railways along with the final soft copy in CD. The hard copy given by Railways have to be returned back without any damage. The size of sheet given in the unit column is for the hard copy given by Railways. a. D-Transportation (UBR) (Quantities estimated for 04 trips of 30T each Above/

Excavation of trenches of following depth and width 0.3 Meter detailed below including clearing of roots and trees etc. for all types of soil. This work also includes covering of cables laid in trench and backfilling, ramming, consolidation of soil as well as disposal of extra soil 1 after cable is laid as specified in Guidelines on Signalling Cable laying given by RDSO and any latest circular issued by CSTE/ECoR/BBS. Note: Before refilling of the trenches, the cable laid are to be tested and recorded for its insulation value and after satisfaction of site Engineer the refilling process should start and after monsoon the route is to be attended for backfilling the rain cuts, wash out of soils where ever found. 1.2 Meter.

Excavation of trenches including clearing of roots of trees etc., in rocky area up to a depth to be indicated by Railway Engineer at site as per the site condition [Minimum 0.6 meter] and 2 width 0.3 Mts. at the bottom. This includes concreting & plastering as per the instructions of site Engineer and complete back filling by digging earth from a lead of 30 Mtr. In case 0.8-meter depth or higher is achieved no concreting is required, otherwise concreting up to 100 mm thickness should be done. All materials required for the above works shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils including soft rocky area and clearing of track etc. to a depth of 1.0 M and width of 0.3 M for track crossing /pucca road/level crossing gate/platform/station circulating area or any other place as advised by site Engineer including 3 transportation and laying of DWC/RCC/Split RCC/G.I. pipes with or without coupler. This includes repairing of track/pucca road/level crossing gate/ platform/station circulating area surface to original position by ramming and concreting wherever required soon after the work is over. DWC/RCC/GI pipes shall be supplied by the Railway. DWC pipes wherever required shall be supplied in 6 Mtr. length and shall be cut to size as per requirement. All other materials including cement are to be supplied by the contractor.

Cable Duct behind the Relay room and Goomties of size 1.8 M x1.8 M x 1.2 M to keep cables entering into it consisting of brick work of 254 mm thickness of proportion 1:6 with sand 4 filling after coiling of cables. The top of sand filling covered with concreting of size 1.30 M x1.30 M and a depth of 200 mm of proportion 1:1.5:3 outside of the duct should be plastered with cement mortar 1:6 to achieve smooth finishing. All materials including cement and chips of size 40mm. and second-class bricks etc. to be supplied by the contractor.

Cutting of masonary floor/walls at station building/ signal goomty/ Gate lodge at a depth of 0.5 mtr to 1.0 mtr at places to be indicated by site Engineer for entering of cables inside 5 the building. Only G.I pipes supplied by Railway and all materials as clamps, bolts & nuts as instructed by site Engineer supplied by tenderer. This includes repairing of masonary floors/walls after the cables are taken inside. Cement, Sand required for the work shall be supplied by the tenderer and also transportation of G.I Pipe from Store by the tenderer.

Laying of Signalling/4 Quad/ 6 Quad/ Power Cable/Telecom cables/ Jelly filled cables of all sizes in excavated trench, through GI/RCC/DWC pipes etc. wherever required. This includes transportation of cables from the stores to work site and transportation of empty cable drums with 6 left over cables from site to the stores. The length of cable laid includes the length of cable coil for termination purpose. NOTE: The cables are to be carefully handled during loading, un-loading and transportation to work site. Any damage found in the cable after final testing, in view of mishandling of cables, shall be made good by the Tenderer. Cable should be meggered before and after laying and recorded in a register and submitted to the site Engineer.

Installation, Transportation, Testing, Commissioning & Networking of RTU-Data logger 64/128 digital inputs & 16 Analog inputs as per RDSO Spec No-IRS-S-99/2006 or latest amendment if any. This includes wiring of potential free contacts from existing relays, contact of analog devices 7 (Chargers, Battery, Power supply etc) and its usage in data logger and its necessary wiring required for the work. The wiring materials will be used as supplied in Schedule-B including 40/60 core cable. Any other wiring material if required shall be supplied by contractor. Wiring of all external relays to Data Logger as per RDSO guide lines. This includes programming of firmware at each datalogger for interfacing the RTU. The work is to be executed as per directives of Railway Representative.

Drawing of switch board cable of sizes, power cable, UTP and STP cable etc through PVC pipes/ PVC channel etc up to the DP/Rosset to DP/Rosset.

Excavation of pit, execution of jointing of Telecom cable by using Thermo shrink 1 cable jointing kits for straight through derivation joints and covering of cable jointing kits with excavated soils and ramming. Supply of Remote terminal unit with 128 digital & 16 analog inputs with modem as per RDSO spec. No. - IRS-S-99/2006 or latest. Inspection by RDSO. This includes supplying of two Nos. of door sensors for each Data logger. Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply and installation of 4-wire leased line external modem (02 Nos) for each Data logger/Block section to be interfaced with each RTU. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of double walled corrugated pipe 6 mtr in length, 120 mm outer dia and 103 3 mm inner dia, with one suitable coupler conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Version 1.1 Amdt 1 or latest for underground cable protection. Colour-Orange. Inspection by the Representative of Railway. Note: If required, the DWC pipe shall be supplied split in two halves.

Supply of Thermo shrink jointing kit for underground cable as per Spec No. IRS: TC- 77/2012 [Rev.3] Amd 3. (Cable jointing kit shall be procured from RDSO approved sources only). Inspection by RDSO.

Supply of 24 pair C.T.Box with WAGO make or similar Terminal block (Knife type cage 5 clamp technology [Screw-less] with spring loaded contact) having disconnection and reconnection facility, WAGO module is suitable for termination of cable from 0.4mm to 0.9mm dia. PIJF/Quad cable[Indoor type]. Inspection by the Representative of Railway. Above/

Supply of AC to DC converter to Monitor 230V AC - 4 channels, 110V AC - 1 channel of Analog inputs suitable for existing datalogger system of Efftronics make. Inspection by railway representative.

Supply of CAT-6, UTP-Cable, CAT-6 Cable shall be compliant with latest EIA/TIA-568- B.2-1 standard for CAT 6 cable with Fire Retardant as per IEC/EN 60332-1. Brand: Digisol, Finolex, Molex or better. Inspection by railway representative.

Supply of 4G GSM modem for SMS application/RTU Networking purpose of Data logger with RS232 DB9 Pin cable, USB cable & Antenna. Inspection by RITES.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) 5 suitable for Data logger system or other application. CMU PC configuration: Intel Core i5 minimum 10th Gen, 16 GB RAM, SSD 512 GB, Windows 10 Professional, 2K Display-21.5 inch. Inspection by railway representative.

Supply of VF Transformer (1120:470/1120:1120/470:470/470:600/ 1200:600 Ohm) as per Specification No. IRS-TC-76/2021 Ver 1.0 or latest (Cylindrical type) or IRS/TC/22/ 2021 Ver 1.1 or latest (Rectangular type). Inspection by railway representative.
