Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any description and thickness in any position including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber Scantling in fillets,rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sq. cm in section in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L and J type or cranked hook bolt as in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting,in ridges,hips,valley guters,drip and straight flashings ( length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but exc ashlar facings dressed stone works and precast cement articles including rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering other than fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 (without using extra cement) finished even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for prepartion of new plaster surface & applying three coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&LCutting holes in brick walls in Cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required,depth of embedded portion of hold fasts measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exc. half brick but not exc. one brick complete all as specified.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm seuspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hangers 6 mm dia GI ( upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flate 40x3mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners12.5mm dia. 40mm long supports suspenders for ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified . (Note:Cost of WPC included in the unit rate).

M&L Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and thereafter supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane five layered of weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric with centre layer core of 150 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and bonded completely with hot blown bitumen to the surface with end overlap of 150 mm and side lap 75 mm followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat as per manufacturing instruction all as specified and as directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 65,581.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
