Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm(thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m(one five metre) in width as well as 10sqm(ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m(fifty metre) and lift upto 1.5 m(one point five metre),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (One Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm.(forty milimetres) nominal size),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfation of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetres) nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand)including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm(fifteen milimetres) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:6 (one cement: six fine sand)including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm(twelve milimetres to twenty milimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters(two point five square metre) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing and fixing M.S. angle 50x50x5 mm(fifty into fifty into five milimetres) to act as nosing with lugs of M.S. flat 10x5 mm, (ten into five milimetre),10 cm.(ten centimetre) long,forked at end 60cm(sixty centimetre) apart (minimum three lugs to be provided), including necessary welding and applying a priming coat of approved primer on exposed surface complete,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm(at thre rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm(at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. .
