Providing, Installtion, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Hydrant System at 220KV Substation CG City with all cost of Men, Material & T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of work as per technical specification & Drawing / Layout:

Supply, Erection & Commissioning of 3 Phase 415V 15 HP 2900 RPM Capacity Jockey Motor Pump set alongwith satandard make accessories, fixture & fittings with Electrical Control Panel, consisting of DOL Starter, Main Switch, HRC Fuse fittings etc. of ISI marks and cable termination.

Supply / Fabrication & Laying of following 'B' class M.S. Pipe above the ground as per drawing & specification complete with associated Elbow /Bend, Tee, Socket, Flanges etc. by due cutting, bending, welding etc. Above work also includes crossing of roads and cable trenches underground after digging of earth including re-concreting of raod crossing as per sta ndard ratio of RCC and filling & leveling of earth (Underground Pipe Line should be anticorosive treated by bituminous painting of outer surfac and wrapping hot dip bitumen jute in two layers and pipeline above ground should be painted with one coat red oxide & two coat synthetic enamel paint of best quality ISI mark).

Supply, installation and commissioning of Auto Power Supply Control Panel in pump house of capacity 315 Amp, 440 Volts AC, suitable for starting/ controlling all equipments provided for Hydrant system with proper cable termination etc. alongwith all required accessories.

Supply & Installation of Stainless Steel(SS) single headed 63 mm Hydrant Post complete with all accessories, fixture & fitting such as Stainless Steel(SS) Hydrant Valve, M.S. Hose box, 2 x 15 m long RRL (reinforced rubber lined) hose with 63 mm dia Stainless Steel(SS) coupling Stainless Steel(SS) branch Pipe / Nozzle etc. (1 Job for each Hydrant Post).

Supply & Installation of 1 x 500 Ltr. capacity Water Storage Tank made of Poly Fiber of standard make complete with all accessories fixture & fitting for priming.

Supply & Fixing of Presure Relief Valve 50 NB (Spring loaded) made of Gun Metal in Main Pipe Line.

Providing & Fixing of 80 NB Butter Fly valve on Hydrant Lines.SIR/ Kartar Make.

Providing & Fixing Pressure Gauge.

Providing & Fixing Pressure Switch.

Construction of RCC Foundation Size(350x350x450)mm in the ratio of 1:2:4 of Cement, Sand, Stone Ballast (20 mm) for fixing of M.S. Pipe Line with necessary Support Base Plate with due grouting of 4 No. Foundation Eye Bolts including other associated work.
