Supply, install, testing and commissioning of solar hot water system, flat plate collector type, with heat exchanger of 500 ltrs per day capacity ISI marked, with electrical heating back up of suitable capacity, with 04 Nos collectors absorbers plate pressurized type with 2 x electrical heating elements of 3 KW capacity each. Solar water heating system consist of following features :-

(i) Capacity - 500LPD

Note : (a) Solar water heating system shall be approved from BIS (b) Contractor shall be responsible for providing of all other minor connected items with out any extra cost. (c) Rate of solar hot water system also includes the cost of backup stainless steel hot water tank insulated type of suitable capacity.

S&F of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank ISI marked (cylindrical vertical and with threaded lid) of 1000ltr capacity, environmental stress crack resistance 3 layer protection and heat resistant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding 20 mm bore including all necessary fittings of suitable type and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel angle iron grill monkey guard protection and MS staging for 1000 ltr water storage tank with any type of structural steel sections, nut bolt, washers, sheets, back plate, xpm mesh, wire mesh, bending cutting in shape, welding, drilling holes, flanges including painting with coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copping of MS structure including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating exposed surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated (heavy duty) electrical cable up to and including 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor, of cross sectional area 4 Sqmm 3 core along the wall/pole/on roof through pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Copper cable hold with wall / roof / or any brick surface shall be clamped with insulated clamp having one meter interval between two clamp.

Supply, Laying, fixing & testing CPVC pipe of 20mm nominal bore (internal dia), and outer dia 22.10 mm having 2 to 2.5 mm wall thickness and working pressure 28.14 kg/cm2, ISI -15778:2007, SDR-11 including all connected fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- CPVC pipe shall be clamped with hard surface with one meter interval complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure DB, SP 8 way with 200 Amps bus bar double door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F isolator, TPN, 63 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, SP, 6-32 Amp, C series, complete all as specified and directed.
