PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN MD/OTM ACCN BLDG AND REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, SUNKEN FLOOR, REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE AND SANITARY FITTINGS IN CERTAIN BLDGS AT PRC IN RAMGARH CANTT

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one coat of white wash on wall surface at any height complete all as specified and directed. Note :Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building/structure( like stair case, mummty ,Over head tank(OHT),sump etc of any height including necessary scaffolding )

All as per items No 1 here in before but two coat of white (lime) wash as required basis complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water including removing/disposed off spoil materials outside of Denence land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on chajjas / lintel etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement in patches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in on surface of walls and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 in on surface of ceiling and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/Chajja/lintel and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
