Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

HIRE CHARGES FOR Dozer ( D 50 ) including crew, oils, conveyance of machinery to site and all other incidental charges, etc. complete, as directed during execution.

Supply of Smooth wheeled Roller 8 tonne(Road roller diesel10t) including crew, oils, conveyance of machinery to site and all other incidental charges, etc. complete, as directed during execution.

Supply of following work men for various miscellaneous works as and when required and as directed during execution of work.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using MS Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes in to RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Plastering in CM using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specification etc., complete for the following proportions.

Providing and fixing 28 - 30 mm thick solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3 mm top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. Minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WpC) single extruded Door Frame section of size with encapsulation of gl\,41r,4 rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32 mm.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforcedwith 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (whitepowder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at allcorners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent .
