Supply of Elevator Design, fabrication, supply ,Installation ,testing and commissioning of electric traction type with machine roomless type , Stainless steel 26 Pax (1768 Kg)Hospital elevator with car size of 1600mm(width) X 2400 mm(depth) (minimum) (including freight & landing charges, insurance and all applicable taxes and duties in country of origin and in India except GST etc.)and type suitable for operation on 415 V±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency micro-processor type traction control, speed of 1.00 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, duplex mode operation, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to Purcahsers's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at initial landing floor, LCD/LED car positions and direction indication in car and landings. and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, shaft wiring and lighting with accessories, braille buttons, audio announcement along with pre-recorded messages as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Lift shall be Complete with all accessories including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) with dry maintenance free sealed batteries and Manual Emergency Rescue Device with lever operated (independent of any battery system) .The traction motor of machine room less elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoistway complete as per technical specification. Having automatic centre/side opening SS door, stainless steel car enclosure provided with stainless steel handrails on two sides as applicable in accordance with following details:-5 stops & 5 openings and entrance & exit at same side and suitable for travel height of 16.5 mtrs. (Shaft Size 2500mm (width) x 3300mm (depth) ) with door opening of 1200mm (width) and 2100 mm (height) . The equipment should be BMS compatible. All electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided in the last landing near the elevator door shall be included as part of the elevator. All fabrication and procedures shall confirm to relevant IS standards. The elevator shall be complete in all respects as per technical Specifications.
