Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as Retaining walls, Breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.OR.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials up to any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface is layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to any depth any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimetre) nominal size), on ground or under water in Retaining wall/breast wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/plain /reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls etcetra, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H ( One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 709, 1206.6 and as per the directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness, composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) premixed with bitumen binder VG-Grade-10 (Ten) at the rate of 14.6 kgs (fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 (ten) square metre of road surface, laid to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in hot mix plant of 30/40 (thirty/forty) tonne per hour capacity, laying with paver finisher with sensor attachment and rolling with three wheeled 80-100 (eighty to hundred) KN static roller finished to required level and grades complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 506 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross falls using Type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 508 using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 6.80kg (six point eight zero kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square metre) of road surface heated in hot mix plant and laying of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight roller, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
