M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth complete including filling the joints with mastic compound all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of two coat of smart care damp block 2k slurry by brush or roller on brick surface (2nd coat shall be applied after 4-6 hours of Ist coat) to achieve a coverage of 0.72Kg/Sqm/coat and 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers of 10mm in CM 1:4 and 5mm in CM 1:3 as setting coat, trowelled to even and smooth on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper.
