M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm TCT thick of any colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall , fixed with 5 Nos. self tapping screws on each sheet /each support rubber lining and filling of gap with cement mortar in CM 1:4 with wall and sheet up to 6 mtr height . complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position like roofs, floors other than ground floors , beam , staircases , landings , tanks, chajjas,projections, facias and similar suspended work or reinforcement cut as required to facilate demolition for portions ordered to be dismanttled up to 15 m height including forwork and necessary saftey measuresor as directed by Engr in charge

Material and labour Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Complete removal of existing treatment on old surfaces by vacuume based sanding machine; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots , removing nails etc, and applying Two coats of exterior Acrylic emulsion (Apex)/Equivalent of any colour over one coat of exterior water based wall priming on walls with and including provision of scaffolding required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measures etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600/3000 mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 3/4 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit. 4mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Everest Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Ceiling tile Oceanic/Diamond textured (Density>1200 Kg/m3, Modulus of Rupture(M.O.R)-10 MPa, Thermal Conductivity(K)-0.02 W/mK) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336:1993, (Reaction to fire-A2-s1-d0) tested as per EN13501 Part-I & BS-476 Part 4,5,6&7, should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling. All complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M & L for 25 mm thick Cement Concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases, sub floors . Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M&L Machine cut mirror polish uniform coloured kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm cement screed 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 mm x450 mm/300mmx600mm) & 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer/ backing coat in CM 1:4 complete and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
