S&F in replacement, water heater storage type (Geyser) of capacity 25 Ltrs with glass wool and metal/PVC body as approved, connecting to inlet & outlet pipe/stop valve with & including 15mm dia bore 450mm long PVC connections with brass nuts & rubber washers at both ends and fixed in position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of the following works/components shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates:- (i) Dismantling of existing geyser of any type and description and depositing the same in the store yard of AGE E/M Roorkee including cost of transportation. (ii) Cost of 12 mm dia 100mm long MS anchor fastner with washer etc including drilling & fixing in wall wherever required and making good the disturbed area of wall to match the existing surfaces. (iii) Cost of transportation of Geysers to AGE E/M store yard for & including marking of MES No. with proper stencil and back to site of installation.

Dismantling existing vertical turbine pump along with associated equipments like column pipe of any size, top shaft, line shaft, spider guide, coupling and pump assembly etc and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of new 3 phase submersible pump 25 HP, 415 Volts, AC 50 Hz with discharge capacity of 90 Cum / Hr (1500 LPM) at 63 mtr head suitable for 100 mm dia column pipe of bore well complete all as specified and directed. Make:- KSB Model No. BPI type 343/6+UMAI 150-17/22 (25HP) or equivalant in Kirloskar/ Crompton Note:- (a) Depth of lowering of pump shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (b) Old dismantlled pump assembly, spider guide, coupling and vertical turbine motor of any capcity shall be deposited to Store yard of AGE E/M Roorkee including cost of transportation.

Supply, lowering and fixing of MS column pipe of 100mm dia (nominal dia) with 6mm wall thickness into existing bore hole with 10mm thick flange welded at both ends including necessary nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note: All necessary T&P and transportation etc shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.

S&F 3 core flat PVC insulated submersable cable 1100 Volts of size 6 Sqmm with multi stranded copper conductor for submersible pump motors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS well cap suitable for 300 mm dia casing pipe with 4 Nos 18 mm dia nuts, bolts and washers, MS clamp fabricated from flat iron 100 x 6 mm thick duly drilled holes of suitable size including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, connecting and testing 100mm dia bore cast iron non return valve, horizontal flow with flanged ends, class 'B' as per IS specification and conforming to IS -5312 including all necessary nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket of suitable size for flanged joint etc complete all as pecified and directed.

M&L for cast iron bend (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot type), collars, caps, tail pieces, flange and plugs for pipes upto 150mm dia bore and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for spigot and socket end fittings and water mains complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes of pipes and fittings:-

S&F in replacement, star delta starter panel suitable for 25 HP, 3 phase, 430 Volts submersible pump dry type contactor base complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make L&T Cat Pt No MUG 40 FASD type

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Granular chlorination dosing pump (MODEL 96 NGQ 51), high pressure, single head, gear motored adjustable dosing pump having output of 2 U.S. GPD to 40 U.S. GPD and adjustable high pressure up to 100 PSI (7Kg/Sqcm) with accessories including lead, tubing, connection nuts, injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules also including 100 liters FRP tank with lid & Level gauge along with Agitator and shaft & blade in plastic mounted on tank.The agitator motor shall have capacity of voltage input 230V, Single phase, 50Hz, 900 RMP 100 watt complete all as specified and directed.
