Repair and renovation of the existing toilet block of “Integrated Development of adjacent River front Park towards Ganeshghat at Tezpur, Assam”On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis, removing flushing cistern /W.C./ Wash basin of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitreous China) including stacking of materials near the site and building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead or nearest municipal dumping ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Contractor should verify the condition of the existing public toilet before quoting the rate. Repair and renovation of Toilet block includes cleaning and repairing of existing septic tank if the septic tank found non functional a new septic tank of 100 user capacity need to be constructed , connection of service lines, fixing of fixtures etc. The scope of the work is not limited to the scope mention above but also to make the toilet functional.
