Structural Designing and supply, installation and Construction of LIFT , WAITING HALL AND CONNECTING PLATFORM including site development works like drain, compound wall, pathway , pavers etc of RCC framed structure building of “Integrated Development of Agnigarh with Development of adjacent River front Park towards Ganeshghat at Tezpur, Assam", On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis,with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note: - Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Designing and Construction on EPC Mode-II Basis of PARKING AREA AND PATHWAY with Coloured pavement / Paver block with kerb stone including drain, compound wall etc. “Integrated Development of Agnigarh with Development of adjacent River front Park towards Ganeshghat at Tezpur, Assam", On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect

Structural Designing and Construction of DEVELOPMENT OF TEZPUR PARK AND PICNIC SPOT including earth filling, compacting, cleaning the stream and construction of embankment with geo cell ,vetiver grass or such type of grass, Pathways with full body outdoor vitrified tiles, cleaning the deposition of the stream on the stream banks and bed, laying natural pebble of various sizes to bring a natural look, construction of steel decorative bridge, Gazibo, drain ,installation of children playing equipment, garden chairs, and horticulture and landscaping etc. of “Integrated Development of Agnigarh with Development of Adjacent River front Park towards Ganeshghat at Tezpur, Assam" On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.

Designing STP as per requirement including necessary / mandatory test, structural desiigning of associated civil works, electrical system for design for STP plant ( min capacity 350 cm per day) . Supply, construction and installation of the plant including civil works of all tank, Bar screen, chamber, filter, feed tank with 2 nos sluice gate , devirtion drain , boundary wall, pavers, pathway of “Integrated Development of Agnigarh with Development of adjacent River front Park towards Ganeshghat at Tezpur, Assam" Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Designing and Construction on EPC Mode-II Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical sub station ,DG set , and CCTV system with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge. 100 kva Transformer I No, DG 63 KVA and 25 KVA one each including all panel connection, service charges etc

Providing & fixing of Furniture, fixtures of interior works such as bed, bed side table, chair, and table as per specifications as mentioned in project specific scope of works.

Repair and renovation of the existing toilet block of “Integrated Development of adjacent River front Park towards Ganeshghat at Tezpur, Assam”On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis, removing flushing cistern /W.C./ Wash basin of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitreous China) including stacking of materials near the site and building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead or nearest municipal dumping ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Contractor should verify the condition of the existing public toilet before quoting the rate. Repair and renovation of Toilet block includes cleaning and repairing of existing septic tank if the septic tank found non functional a new septic tank of 100 user capacity need to be constructed , connection of service lines, fixing of fixtures etc. The scope of the work is not limited to the scope mention above but also to make the toilet functional.
