od28327/2020_2021/MH : Dismantling and stacking the existing both vertical and bottom damaged rubber seal including cost of labour conveyance etc complete.

od28328/2020_2021/MH : Applying cardium compound after preheating to the wire rope of 4 nos shutters including cost of all materials, labour, machinery etc complete.

od28329/2020_2021/MH : Greasing the roller assembly using Pneumatic greasing machine including cost of all materials, labour and machinery etc complete

od28330/2020_2021/MH : Correcting the misalignment of shutter, aligning the trunion & wire ropes using necessary tools including all materials, labour and machinery etc complete.

85.116 : Supplying and fixing in correct position with specified initial interface the flat type rubber seal confirming to IS 11855 to the gates including cost of SS bolts and nut all labour and machinery and incidental and conveyance charges complete as per approved specification and drawing

85.118 : Supplying and fixing in correct position with specified initial interface L-type / bulb nose rubber seal confirming to IS11855 to the gates including cost of SS bolts and nuts and all labour and machinery and incidental and conveyance charges complete as per approved specifications and drawings

od28331/2020_2021/MH : Over coat painting the regulator gates and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy tar black paint confirming to 1514948 with a minimum film thickens of 150+/-5 microns,after cleaning the surface using high pressure water jet including cost of materials, labour charges, cost of testing all panting materials, incidental charges, hire of T&P etc etc.complete as per the direction of department officers st site.

Part-2.Maintenance of hoisting mechanism

od28320/2020_2021/MH : Correcting the misalignment of gears, pinions, shafts including all accessories etc of the hoisting mechanism including cost of all material labour, conveyance etc complete

od28322/2020_2021/MH : Overhauling the motors including cost of all materials, labour etc complete.

od28323/2020_2021/MH : Repairing the brake assembly and replacing the worn out brake liner including cost of all materials labour etc complete

od28324/2020_2021/MH : Cleaning the hoisting mechanisms including cost of all material, labour, hire charges, conveyance etc. complete

od28326/2020_2021/MH : Preventive maintenance of the gear box assembly, plummer blocks, drive unit assembly etc. including cost of all material, labour, hire charges, conveyance etc. complete.

85.115 : Cost of painting with 2 coats of enamel paint over 1 coat of zinchromate primer as per IS1477:1994 after hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

Part-3.Maintenance of prime mover switches and panel board etc.

Part-4.Trial run
