Supply of Mobile Marketing Vehicle for Farmers Producer Organization (FPO) under Wayanad Package

Supply, registration, insurance, fabrication and delivery of Mobile Marketing Vehicle suitable for Farmers Producer Organization (FPO) operations, complete in all respects. The vehicle shall be a factory-built Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) conforming to the latest BS-VI Phase-II emission norms, powered by a turbocharged intercooled diesel engine of minimum 1475 cc, 3 cylinders, developing minimum 59 kW (80 HP) power and minimum 190 Nm torque, coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission, single dry plate clutch and power-assisted steering. The vehicle shall have heavy-duty front and rear leaf spring suspension suitable for commercial load carrying, hydraulic braking system or superior, minimum wheelbase of 2590 mm, Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of not less than 3800 kg, minimum payload capacity of 2100 kg and loading platform height not exceeding 945 mm. The load body shall have minimum dimensions of 2950 mm (L) × 1750 mm (W) × 490 mm (H) and shall be provided with a fully fabricated PUFF insulated body suitable for transportation and mobile marketing of agricultural and horticultural produce, complete with rear opening door/shutter lockable doors, food-grade interior finish, aluminium chequered flooring, heavy-duty sub-frame, weatherproof construction. The vehicle shall be supplied complete with reverse parking camera, reverse parking sensors, GPS tracking system, FASTag, spare wheel, tool kit, jack, fire extinguisher, first aid box and all standard accessories. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of body fabrication, registration, road tax, comprehensive insurance, High Security Registration Plate, FASTag, fitness certificate, permit wherever applicable, pollution certificate, road-side assistance (RSA), GPS installation, all statutory approvals, taxes, duties, transportation, loading, unloading and incidental charges. The vehicle shall be supplied fully registered, insured, roadworthy and complete in all respects with manufacturer's standard warranty and minimum 12 months warranty for the fabricated body, ready for immediate deployment for FPO mobile marketing activities.
