Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc in hard/dense soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point all as directed.

Stone dust sand cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x180mm x 40mm placed perpendicular of the cable complete.

Supply and fix in repair GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 100 mm dia completed as directed for cable protection.

Supply laying & testing in repair cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed system of size 3 core 185 sq mm. Note : Cable length of exceeding one drum (length exceeding 500 RM and above) shall be tested at factory premises before dispatch in presence of rep at AO within overall last quated by contractor.

The feeder pillar box should be mounted on ms frame made up with MS angle of size 65mm x65mmx 6 mm duly covered with MS sheet 3 mm thick on all sides about 35cm from the bottom of the FPB & all side removeable type including two coats of syntheic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessry excavation earth work in any type of soil, pcc block (1:2:4) of size 120x100x100cm embedded in ground etc complete including writing name of feeders on FPB with size of leetters not less than 10 cm including taking down old bus bar chamber, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009.00 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, I watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.

S&F HT cable Route Marker made of Cast Iron/ Mild Steel round shape 100 mm dia fixed on PCC block complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 1,37,462.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
