Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over applying of 1-1.5 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, (measured solid) set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, copings, benching on chajjas, roof kerb, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for iron doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing mild steel galvanised, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick Granite, of any type, table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite including moulding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured elctric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of size 10 sqmm 4 core after cutting to required length with necessary glands, nuts, bolts, and lugs complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and n' exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid

Supplying and laying old size bricks, laid flat ie length of brick shall be laid across the cable, common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B' designation 75 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of excavated soil, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel tube 'Light' grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor of 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 3 runs(1 run for Phase+1 run for Neutral &1 run for Earth, with approved colour code as per EI rules) of 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including concealed wiring with PVC conduit pipe of medium duty not less than 15 mm dia including necessary steel conduit specials and connecting with suitable size thimble, and making good surface of disturbed wall/ceiling/floor as match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note:-3 runs of 1.5 Sqmm size PVC copper cable, and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
