Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar in all leads and lifts.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (for pipes and pits upto all depths) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of Gl pipes in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting and timbering and dressing where ever required including restoration of un-metalled /metalled/paved surface to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to houses and fencing etc. complete in all respect.

Stone soling properly dry hand packeted tightly under floor in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for all heights Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide in all leads and lifts.

6 mm cement plaster of mix in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard bar ladders, railing brakcet and similar work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc.with M.S. flats, square or round barswith round headedbolts and nuts by screws (ornamental grills) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 microns primer coating icluding Fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge in all leads and lifts.

Fixing wood work in frames of doors, window, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed & fixed in position in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick.2nd class deodar wood in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete in all leads and lifts. 300 x 16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete in all leads and lifts. 250 x 10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete in all leads and lifts.125 mm

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, huttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costof certaining and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads & lifts.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in all leads and lifts.

Providing Water Proofing Treatment of terrace including cleaning the surface, filling all visible cracks, applying 1st coat using Mak / insta coat with an acrylic modified coating as above as base and applying fibre coating as reinforcement 2nd and 3rd coating with Mak / insta bitumen modified coating 4th and final coating with Mak / insta flex white as per HPPWD specifications in all leads and lifts.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Light shade pigment using white cement in all leads and lifts.

Providing, Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Fencing Panel of Size. 0.45 M X1.20 Meters fitted with Expended Metal Jali 25 X 25 mm mesh welded with M.S. Flat 25 x 5 MM including cutting, welding, painting with red oxide paint complete in all respect embended in Masonary Pillars complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
