Cutting in earth work through mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all height/depth and all kind of soil such as kankar, moorum, shingle and decomposed of soft rock, or hard rock i.e. their intermediate classification and chiseling/ wedging out of rock where blasting prohibited including saturated soil and filling in embankments etc. where necessary and disposal of excavated unserviceable material through mechanical transportation in all lead and lift, nothing extra on this account including carriage and disposal of surplus will not paid up to any extent/reason what so ever. Any damage to private/public property during excavation will be restored by the contractor whatever the nature of the same may be. The serviceable material will be staked in specified dimensions in all leads and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The quantity of such stacked material not be less than one-fifth and further material recovery @ Rs. 300/- only per cum shall be made on a pro-rata basis in each running bill.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all height/depth and all kind of soil such as kankar, moorum, shingle and decomposed of soft rock, or hard rock i.e. their intermediate classification and chiseling/ wedging out of rock where blasting prohibited including saturated soil and dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, where necessary and disposal of excavated unserviceable material through mechanical transportation in all lead and lift, nothing extra on this account including carriage and disposal of surplus will not be paid up to any extend/reason what so ever. The serviceable material will be staked in specified dimensions in all leads and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all height including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in retaining/ breast wall including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto all level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
