| 1.00Sub Head I-: Design & SITC work Design Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (DSITC) of On-Grid rooftop mounted DC Solar PV-module SPV plant on following locations based power supply system of mentioned capacity( approx.) with modules fixed in anodized aluminium frame complete as required including elevated structural support systems for all components after proper site investigation as per site conditions, modular inverters with atleast 25% standby/spare capacity with required communication/data/control/power cables, safety system for reverse power protection, min IP65 rated DC DB/JB for connection of modules to inverters through DC copper cables of suitable size laid in HDPE pipes/tray/conduit as per site condition, Power Conditioning Units, smart/intelligent solar meters, surge & lightning protection system, earthing of modules & structures as per specifications, LT evacuation & injection at suitable injection point /evacuation point as per site conditions & directions of E-I-C, AC distribution panels & switchgears etc. at solar power plant as per approved system design , MNRE guidelines and as specified in the tender document. However, LT panels & switchgears etc. at evacuation point provided by AAI. Supplying & laying of suitable size LT power cables (based on voltage drop calculation) as per approved system design from solar power plant up to evacuation point in suitable size DWC/HDPE pipe/ on surface/in cable tray/direct in ground at per site requirement including supply & laying of DWC/HDPE pipe as per the site conditions & requirements. Auxiliary & Control Supply System, Data Logger System (with PC & hardware for local monitoring) & web based Remote Monitoring System, Plant Solar Radiation & Environment Monitoring System etc. as per technical specifications & approved system design. Carrying out of Glint/Glare Analysis for safe flight operations, shadow analysis, clearance /approvals from DISCOMs & other statuary agencies, transportation & insurance of material etc. & any other items/accessories/services required for successful commissioning of solar power plant complete as required and as per technical specifications and other terms & conditions of the contract. Note: 1.Distances between sites are shown in attached tender drawings. 2. Final measurement will be done based on the actual capacity design & installed after PI testing. 3.
