Supply and fixing of High Mast and mini high mast Light at various areas of Osian Assembly, Jodhpur.

Supply installation testing & Commissioning of high mast lighting system (as per PLG 07 of ILP UK techinical report no 7 of ILE UK /IS:875 Part-1 – 2015//BSEN10025/and IS:2062 )consisting of totally hot dip galvanised by piecewise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for up to 18 nos luminaries with welded arm (excluding luminares), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED 15 Watts aviation obstruction light, double drum type self sustaining winch, integral power tool accessible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanised heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes (AISI 316, 7 / 19 costruction 3 no. rope for lantern carrage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly ) foundation bolt, torque limiter,EPR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sq.mm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on / off, reverse / forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510 ) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135.etc. as required including cost of RCC Foundation as per OEM Design & Drawings . ( See table P - 04 for specs.) To ensure quality of the product, OEM Must have Type test certificate for wind tunnel test from IIT. Entire manufacturing process starting from sheet cutting to galvanization should be done under one premises Inhouse galvanizing plant shall have bath length not less then 12.0 mtr to ensure the quality of galvanization .

Supply and erection of Galvanized Iron pole with galvanizing done in single dipping (Average coating thickness Minimum 65 Microns) continuously tapered poles having Octagonal / Circular/ Conical cross-sections designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875, The pole shaft shall be made from sheet steel (HT Steel Conforming to grade S355JO) and confirming to BSEN 10025 and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding. The welding of pole shaft shall be done by Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process. pole shafts shall be provided with the rigid flange plate of suitable thickness (Fe 410 conforming to IS 226 / IS 2062) with provision for fixing 4 no. foundation bolts, The base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft at two locations i.e. from inside and outside.The octagonal Poles shall have hinged lockable door of approximate 500 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the Base plate with bakelite sheet having 6A SP MCB and 16 sqmm stud type connector ( 4 nos) inside the pole at door opening for cable connection of following length and dimension as per table P-01 for Octagonal & P-02 for Conical with base plate and foundation bolt on the Existing cement concrete foundation. To ensure quality of product it's entire manufacturing process starting from sheet cutting to galvanization sould be done under one premises.

C) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M-10 grade of 75 mm thickness
