od368865/2023_2024: Providing and fixing partition upto desired height using Aluminium frame and required MDF board, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs. and the frame fixed vertically within tube of floor and ceiling tube and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. 21.1.2.2: For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

25.1: Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sectionsas per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminiumquality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powdercoating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shadeas approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
