Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of AC 3 phase 50 cycle per second 250 KVA capacity transformer copper wound ,step down, indoor type 11000/433 volts (at on no load) confirming to IS 1180 (Part-I) level 3 (as per latest energy level configuration level 3 now level 2), double wound oil imeressed naturally cooled with internal cooling tubes delta connected on primary (HV) side and star connected on secondary (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol Dy-11 ( Vector group IV) with neutral brought on secondary (LV ) side and having at ± 2.5% , ± 5% and 7.5% taping to be changed by means of hand operated “OF LOAD” tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 °C in oil and 55 °C in HV & LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run and in imfident temperature of 40 °C. The transformer shall be completed with standard fitting and mainly comprising the following:- (a) One cable box on HV side (primary side) consist of 3 Nos porcelain bushing with studs made out of copper with nuts and washers and one cable glands suitable for reception of taking out one No 3 core HT cable of 95 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm size 11 KV grade PVC sheathed and PVC insulated armoured heavy duty. (b) One cable box on LV side ( secondary side) consist of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with studs made out of copper with nuts and washers and one cable glands suitable for reception of taking out one No 3.5 core LT cable of requested size 1100 volts grade PVC sheathed and PVC insulated armoured heavy duty. (c) Conservator with drain valve and oil level indicator. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent silica gel. (e) Explosive vent.

(f) Thermo meter pocket on tank cover (g) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermo meter vapour pressure type having range –120 degree C with more reading pointer maximum indicator and re-setting device (h) Rating plate with terminal marking (j) Two earthing terminal on tank and tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI strips (k) Oil level gauge (l) Oil drain and filter valve (m) Lifting lugs/hooks (n) Oil filter hole with cap/plug with connection complete (o) Air relief valve plugs (p) Four plain solid cast steel detachable by directional rollers (q) Extra bushing ; for neutral out side the cable for providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) First filling fresh oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength.

Supply, laying & testing in replacement of XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers GI earth strip in case in and including 50mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip upto a length of 7.5mtr including earth work /excavation in hard/dense/rock soil, common salt, charcoal etc., PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in earth pit. RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with 6mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150mm c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS bar for lifting handle including 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.5m long as watering pipe, GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire mesh etc complete all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 on page No 497 including testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing old transformer and servo voltage stabilizers by disconnecting all electric connection and shifting to E/M yard or where as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type servo motor operated & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 6 Volts per second and of capacity 10 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type servo motor operated & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 6 Volts per second and of capacity 25 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type servo motor operated & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 6 Volts per second and of capacity 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Servo Voltage Stabilizers: Item No 6.00, 7.00 and 8.00: (a) Servo Stabilizers shall be conforming to BIS 9815 (Part-I) 2019. (b) The corrector shall keep the output voltage within ± 1% of rated voltage irrespective of load and input voltage range. (c) Speed of correction of Voltage stabilizer shall be high enough to give jerk-less output voltage and in any case it shall not be less than 6 volts per second between phase & neutral and free from hunting during automatic operation. (d) The efficiency of servo voltage shall be not less than 95% (e) The No-load current shall not be more than 5% of the rated output current.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand dry, filling including watering and consolidation in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of floor/ wall/ road/ footpath for removal of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 80 mm bore light grade GI tube for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified and directed.
