Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, embedded in concrete/ brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh/ chain link fencing any type complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base for flooring etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any size or type all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, mild steel round bar etc complete all as specified. (Note:Chain link fence & MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately in relevant items as supply only).

Supply only 10 mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wires for chain link fencing complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer all as specified.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified. (Note: Each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of cement concrete kerb stones/ parapets etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

S&F for concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of any dia, having 50 Nos rounds per 6 metre length (before stretching) on up to 3 mtr height of wall with ‘Y’ shaped angle iron brackets placed 2.4 mtr to 3.00 mtr apart, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/ Sqcm with tape (0.5mm thick) and weight 43.478 Gm/ mtr complete all as specified including taking down existing rusted concertina coil fencing. (Notes: Angle iron as in post and struts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250), quality-A all as specified.

Demolition of precast cement concrete louvres and jallies any type or in any position all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in 1:2:4 nominal mix, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame (Note:Precast frame shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length and bent to shape and binding with and including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girder, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for periodical inspection, checking various parts, greasing and welding as required to make the sliding steel door/rolling shutters gear/hand operated/electrical opertaed for easy and smooth operation for mild steel sliding sliding door area not exc 11 Sqm at every three months interval all as specified. (Note: work will be done upto 12 mtr height from GL)

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor with water proofing compound complete. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for prepration of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified.
