Supply, install, testing and commissioning of cubical housing cabinet type LT panel of suitable size, platform mounted, factory made, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, openable from both front and rear side made out of 2mm thick CRCA (cold rolledcold annealed) MS sheet, powder coated, built upon 50 x 50 x 6mm size angle iron framework, lifting lugs-02 No.), earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable, gland plate, complete, with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers. The cabinetand all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anti corrosive treatment. ROAD, PATH, HARD STANDING AND CULVERT:

M&L for 150mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) (compacted thickness) in two layers of 75mm each with coarse aggregate of granite or trap, basalt of specified grade as per MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/grader and tandem vibratory roller/earth compactor of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne at OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code on prepared subgrade, complete, all as specified and directed.

Preparation of WMM surface by burshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleanedsurface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL:

Construction of septic tank for 100 users, complete, all as specified and shown on drawings.

Construction of soakage well of size 3.25m dia and 4.5m effective depth, complete, all as specified and shown on drawings.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of filteration cum recycle plant for swimming pool having total water capacity of 30 Lakh Litres suitable for 08 Hrs turnover period, complete, with the following:- (a) Water circulating pump 4 No.s (3 working + 1 standby) having discharge 200 Cum/hr and head 16m. (b) Pressure filter suitable for 200 Cum with flow designed for 20 Cum/Hour. (c) Hair strainer, Alum dozer, Chlorinator, Air scour unit/blower suitable for 200 Cum/hour at 0.35 Kg/Sqcm pressure. (d) Suction sweeper assembly complete with flexible cable, hose pipe, PVC floats, wire rope etc. (e) MS pipe fitted inside the plant room, valve fitted inside plant room, electrical panel suitable for filtration plant etc.

Supply and laying in trenches Ductile Iron (DI) flanged pipes, centrifugally cast, CLASS K-7, conforming to IS:8329-2000 with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating suitable for flanged type joint in any length of 100mm bore including all jointing materials and fittings, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F of Ductile Iron (DI) fittings such as bends (any radius & angle), tapers any type (straight bands, increasing, decreasing or double socketetc.), tee piece, single branches, Y junction, double branches, cross, cap plug etc, centrifugally cast, CLASS K-9, conforming to IS:8329-2000 with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 120 cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1 : 4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) D2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, including PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm angle iron frame all round the fixed point by means of 04 Nos holdfast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 mm X 6 mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 250 mm X 200 mm X 150 mm including provision of hinges welded with Mild Steel cover 3 mm thick, MS handle of suitable and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement including 65 mm dia Godrej pad lock and 3 Nos. key and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F of Submersible pump, eletric driven, 415 V, TP, 5 WHP, suitable for 200/250mm dia bore well (casing pipe size 200/250mm) including 40m long submersible cable and starter, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F of Iron removal plant with pressure filter, catalytic media, air compressor, back washing facility of capacity 5000 Gallons/hour including RCC foundation, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F of Reflux valve 100 dia with by-pass arngement, complete, all as specified and directed.

NOTE: PCC foundation block for pipes will be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

S & F and lowering of 100mm bore MS column pipe, both ends flanged, 3.00m long, made out of heavy grade pipes of 5.4mm wall thickness, ISI marked, including necessary bolts, nuts, gaskets etc., complete, all as specified and directed.
