NRL shall confirm the nos.of HVAC systems offer for servicing before the tour program is made by the Vendor's service personal.If NRL fails to offer any of the HVAC unit on any day for which servic eengineer has to remain idle during normal working days & normal working hours at NRL Site, Idlecharges will be paid on per day basis after certification by EIC.
Transportation and Local Conveyance(Not to Quote): Provision for Transportation and Local Conveyance of Service Engineer for schedule & breakdown visit at per actual on submission of necessary documents as perdirection of EIC.
Contingency items(Not to Quote):Contingency for emergency spares as per site requirement as per direction of EIC.Payment at per actual on submission of necessary supporting documents as directed by EIC
