SCHEDULE – C BREAK UP FOR INTERIM PAYMENTS................................
Name of Work: Works of supply, testing and commissioning of portable
diesel engine-driven auto priming dewatering pump sets having a minimum
discharge capacity of 300 m³/hr and total head of 15 m, mounted on a

washers, gaskets, specials and all other accessories necessary for complete
installation, testing and satisfactory operation, including loading, unloading

(25) The bidder shall have to quote the rates in this tender keeping in view of
the GST. The complete responsibility of taxes, duties, levies rests with the
Contractor/agency only.
(26) The process requires that the bidder shall quote his price for the work
prices shall remain firm and fix during the entire period of performance
of the contract.
(27) Agency shall have to take Transit Insurance policy and intimate to GWSSB
along with the evidence within time limit. In case of non compliance
entire responsibility shall be rest with the contractor and required
amount shall be recovered from any due amount of the contractor.
(28) GWSSB can recover penalty amount from the agency for not taking the
insurance. Though the penalty amount is recovered, responsibility of the
contractor for taking insurance shall be continued and will not be
escaped from the responsibility.

procure, construct, complete, test and commission the whole of the said works
including defects liability period as given in Conditions of Contract and in
conformity with the drawings, conditions of Contract, specifications, Preamble to

from the date or receipt of Letter of Acceptance issued to us by you.

unused materials not returned by the contractor in time or issued will be

5. All materials such as Specials, Fittings, Spares etc. shall be brought by Agency /
Contractor at site of work.
6. The materials mentioned in schedule-A shall have to be checked for their
correctness and soundness by the contractor before taking the delivery of
the materials from the Government
7. The material which requires to be procured by contractor and same as available
with the department the same can be issued to the contractor after prior
approval from the competent authority and charged for the same will be at the
current market rate or issue rate fixed by the department whichever is higher.
