Restoration of Damages of Kutiara Majheen Sehorbala road in km 0/000 to 24/800

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying for construction of Granular sub base/base compacted thickness by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty – One Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 for grading material and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanical means) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I of IOCL/BPCL/HPCL) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate 1.0 Kg. ( One kilogram) per square metre weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals .The rates is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion RS-I of IOCL/BPCL/HPCL, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 kg (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface/Bituminous Surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 50mm ( fiffty millimetre) compacted thick bituminous macadum with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix batch type plant producing an average output of 75(Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 (VG - Thirty of IOCL/BPCL/HPCL), @3.3 (three point three)percent of mixed and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,ensuring required temprature before laying with a hydrostic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical specification section 508, 509 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineerin-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rates including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm(Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 IPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,Grade VG-30 (VG - Thirty of IOCL/BPCL/HPCL) @5.5 (five point five)percent of mixed and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,ensuring required temprature before laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled static, vibratory & tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Technical specification clause 507 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineerin-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made 80mm thick chamfered edge Cement Concerete Paver Block of NTC/ PRIME-Crete / NITCO/GICO make in roads or heavy traffic parking etc, of required strength M-40, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick required compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks, vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Design mix cement concrete of M-25 grade,with minimum cement content not less than 400 kg/cubic metre in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 25 mm nominal size in proportions as per design min and approval criteria and with use of plastrizers to improve workablity, laying at site spreading and compacting using Niddle vibrator, finishing with required texture and slope/Camber for Edge wall & locking of pavers complete and curing complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, finished in continuous and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
