Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed. (a) By manual means : (i) From 25 mm to 50 mm thick.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

(b) Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000 mm. but not requiring shoring.

Hire and labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, framing, Eucalyptus/Jhou bulla piling, strutting etc) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for foundation excavation (vertical surface are in contact with supported earth is to be measured.) (This item should be executed on specific direction of the Enginner in charge). (a) Depth upto 1.5 m.

(b) For additional depth beyond 1.5 m. and upto 3.00 m

A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating the same by through etc.

Supplying 5 HP Disel pump on hire basis for dewatering including fuel, operator and accessories complete in all respect as per instruction of EIC

Supplying of NP3 R.C.C. pipe complete as per drawing, specification including carriage of pipes from site stacks to the place of laying etc. & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Payment to be made on the basis of actual finished length of the pipe line). 400mm dia

Laying of R.C.C. pipe with spigot - socket/Roll on jointed pipe, lowering the same into the trench laying on the bed in trenches in prescribed gradient, depth and alignment, filling the end grooves with necessary bitumastic compound, filling caulking space with tarred gasket or with rubber gasket of appropriate size & covering with cement mortar (1:2) & testing the joints etc. complete as per drawing, specification including carriage of pipes from site stacks to the place of laying etc. & as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge. (Payment to be made on the basis of actual finished length of the pipe line). A) Class NP-3 Pipe s) 400 mm dia

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety for laying bed

Repairing leakage of RCC pipe line of any dia and coller joints of RCC drainage under ground lines with cementcaulking (1:1:1.5) and gasket soaked in tar and projection upto required depth including all complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge
