S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hexagonal wire netting, size of aperture 25 mm, dia of galvanised steel wire 1.40 mm as per IS 3150: 1982 fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm medium weight mild steel butt hinges made out of cold reduced low carbon steel or hot rolled carbon steel as per IS 1341: 1992 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated (profile) steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category C3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ wall cladding fixed with self drilling screws and washers as specified including end and side lap, necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658: 2021 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
