Supply and fixing of 7.5 HP Submersible pump set (water field) of standard make such as Kirlosker/Havell's/Crompton/Sabar/BS confirming to ISI Code 8034-1976 with up to date ammenments. The Pump type CORA 2C/30 , suitable for lifting water 160 metre head with (+) 10% and (-) 25% head range, Single phase AC supply Motor type UMAI (S) 100 suitable for operation on 220 (+/-) 5% volts 50 cycles / second single phase AC electric supply . The discharge of pump should be 2.48 litre/Sec.at duty point complete as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing of starter (direct on line) of 7.5 HP of standard make such as L&T/MEI/Havels/AVON/Crompton/ Asian for above pump set with suitable capacity installed on a wooden switch board fixed on a wall capable of mounting a voltameter 0 to 300 volts capacity and ampere meter of capacity 0 to 150 ampere of standard make as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of water proof copper conductor PVC Cable 3 core, 6 sq mm as per IS-674-Part-II-1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump set subject to the approval of compitant authority as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying , jointing and fixing 3 layer PPR(Polypropylene random copolymer) pipe 40 mm dia SDR 7.4 and SDR 11 UV(PN-16) stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welde, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PPR plain & brass threded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenchcs complete to ISI 15801-2010 and testing of joint complete in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for fitting 40mm dia 3 layer PP-R ( polypropylene random copolymer ) threaded Adaptor/reducer 75X40 mm fitting with in all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer in charge

Material and labour for steel wire rope 6 mm Thick for holding the column assembly and pump set in bore well to avoid falling of assembly and pum set in bore well including comlete arrangement of fastening etc.complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In.Charge.

Erection Charges including labour charges, electrical connection , lowering of etc complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for MS Clamps to hold the pump set in the bore well including required bolt and nuts complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for C.I NR butterfly valve (with rising spindle ) as per IS 780 class CL-150 and size 40/50mm nominal dia complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 40mm bore GI Tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches, all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 25mm bore GI Tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches, all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 15mm bore GI Tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix PVC Water tank 10000 Ltr Capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Sintex or equivalent.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate), as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick( square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc, 0.18 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and incl 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7mm thick over and incl 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, hollow steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1.25mm thick Plain, black mild steel sheeting in stepped flashings (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
