Supply and Installation in repair of Motorised Industrial Roller Shutters. The curtain shall be made of 1.25mm thick and 110mm wide galvanized steel slats confirming to 15:277. The guide channel shall me made of 2mm galvanized steel conforming to 15:277 attached with rubble strip for noiseless operation. The pipe shaft shall be made of galvanized steel, and it shall have spring attachments. The shutter shall be fitted with industrial shutter motor with a capacity of 400kg to 1500kg depending on shutter size Make Dura Ultima. Dura Shakti

Taking down steel rolling shutter of any description and size as per site requirement with all accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing/repairs to existing steel rolling shutters of size 6000 mm (W) x 6000 mm (H) (Approx), with top cover, hasp and staple, push pull or manual type/ gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle by greasing of guide channels, hasp and staple,roller springs,bearings etc., including replacement of unserviceable nuts,bolts & washers in roller pulley and top cover,alignment of laths etc. for smooth operation of shutter, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Height considered from the bottom of the lintel to the finished floor cill level. Width considered inclusive of the width of the side guides. (ii) Cost of materials such as lubricants,screws, nuts, bolts & washers etc.shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/sub floor etc, complete all as specided and as directed.

M & L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles (800x800)mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of tiles, laid over screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 including Dismantling floor, hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing rubish of the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F prepainted galvatume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thickness of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall fixed with self tapping screw and bent to curve of any radius including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by mechnical process Machine as directed by manfucaturer through authorised applicator of manufacturer and apply two coat of 100% Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (three to five colours as approved by GE) (Nerolac Excel total paint, Berger Weather coat Advanced XP, Asain Paints: Apex Ultima Brand ICl:Dulux Weather shield Max, J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand) painting over a coat of suitable primer and including one coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty to old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls (including chajja, facia & ceiling surface) including preparation of surfaces, up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed. Note - (Work shall be executed through authorised applicator which shall be got approved from the GE before comencement of the work).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately under respective items

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern (Three to five colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer on steel sufaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures, complete all as specified and directed.
