Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, 8 to 9 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for premium quality, dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles upto 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed as in, neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for premium quality, dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite stone of black shade work (table rubbed, polished and moulding), as in floors, cooking platforms and like bedded with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing, rounding and moulding of stone slabs on edges, including dismantling of existing stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone in single piece, laid on vertical surfaces of skirting/dado, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
