Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick /concrete walls for plastering upto floor two lwvel and finished even and smooth in cement morter 1:4 ( 1 cement ,4 sand ) including finishing with with a floating coat of neat cement slurry for plastering and fixing ,curing , scaffolding ted including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Painting 2 coats to the Retaining wall surface with S.E. paint(Berger)of approved first quality, brand and colour paint, cleaning & preparing the surface properly as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding, and all other charges etc. complete

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete and as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding, and all other charges etc. complete
