Earth work excavation including pumping out water in all kinds of soil, in any plan dimension, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within 5km (Outside CSL-in Cheriakadavantra) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. If required, pumping out shall be carried out prior to PCC.
Backfilling in foundation using available excavated earth (excluding rock), placed in layers and compacted as specified as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and laying in position ready mix cocncrete of M-20 grade with cement content 330kg/cum for foundations using 20mm stone aggregate at all depth for all types of work including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, steel shuttering, cost of all materials, labours, finishing as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying the ready mix concrete of M-35 grade with cement content 425kg/cum (382 OPC+43 GGBS) for foundations using 20mm stone aggregrate at all depth for all types of work including pumping of concrete to site of laying including the cost of centering, steel shuttering, cost of all materials, labours, finishing as per direction of Engineer - in-charge.
Supplying and laying TMT reabars (550D) of preferred brands for R.C.C work including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete
Supply and fixing of anchor bolt assembly to suit the base of bottom leg of tower crane as per the attached drawing consisting of 20mm diameter bolt (Grade 8.8) with a overall length of 900mm and a minimum anchorage length of 700mm, including suitable nuts and washers (minimum 3mm thick, 2 numbers) and a 20mm thick base plate of the size 40x40cm anchor rod shall be fixed to the steel reinforcement wherever required prior to concreting. The positioning and fixing of the anchor bolts shall be to the correct line and level as per the drawing. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the cost of all materials, labour, tools, and machinery required to complete the work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The structurals should be coated with two coat of epoxy paint over two coat of epoxy primer coat after buffing and cleaning the surface (One coat of primer should be applied before fabrication of steel work)
