M&L for 1st quality fully vitrified tiles 10 mm thick, light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite stone slab as in shelves ,counter wash hand basin , window cill, in floor etc machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding and mirror polishing laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite stone slab on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone and beveling half round edges of stones including grinding, moulding and mirror polishing laid over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
