Material and labour for opening body cover and dismantling of ACCEL make compressor model 4/65/6/65 repairing/ maint and cleaning / servicing the serviceable parts ,replacing gaskets,replacement of shaftseals, O rings,piston rings ,suction / discharge reeds , oil scraper, rings springs and including remetalling,grinding and polishing of shaft/piston rods etc if found defective and ressembling, testing for proper functioning including proper alignment with primover complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply & fixingf of replacement of Thermal Insulation of exposed area of ducting calss 'O' with Glass cloth covering on Out door Ducts ,exposed to sunlight using Class O Nitrile Rubber of 13 mm thickness outer sideof exisitng Ducts using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as per Specifications. Taking down old unserviceable canvas form AHUs duct to pleneum/Main supply air duct including dismantle of air dampers/fire dampers and supply and fix new premium quality leather type canvas locking rivits and sealing of silcone material of any size as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of analouge pressure gauge with syphon cock and valve for existing pipe lines and plants as per suitable (dia) size and model including MS bend pipe upto gauge where required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply aand fixing in replacement of temperature gauge upto 100 degree C with necessary fittings for existing pipe lines of central AC plants as per suitable size and model complete all as specified and directed

Supply , fabrication and erection in replacement of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct of size 22 Gauge made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging Refrigerant Gas R 22 in sealed cylinder after leak testing by using nitrogen gas all as specified and directed. Note :- 1.Nitrogen will be measured and paid seperately 2.Empty cylinder will returned to contractor after usage

M&L for attending breakdown complaints during 24 hours pertains to higher side of various Central AC plant of any capacity as and when required by Ref-Mech and helper , with neccessary T&P for checking the equipment at existing location, find out the faults to the equipments, complete and rectification of minor problems(solinoid failures,oil pressure/ oil/suction/discharge pressure re settings,sensor errors,compressor control panel resetting,replacement/resetting of transduser etc) to make the plant functional in complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Major spares shall be measured and paid seperately
