Supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board print both side of size 600mm x 750mm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 5mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 8000mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with red colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 19 here in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exc. 3.0 mtr.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick compacted each layer. Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc.

Material and labour for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP -55 (11.0 meters long) conforming to IS- 1678 and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole , starting with black strip complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sr Item No 43 to 46 (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves,link spreader provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved from Engr-in-Charge/GE before placing of order . (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (vi) The Panel shall be surrounded with 9 inch brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of cable end jointing kit as in repair for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of cable Straight through jointing kit as in repair for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 cm size. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling hole of any size manually as per site requirement, drilling for laying pipes under the road for crossing electrical cable. Complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fabrication of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN ,aluminium bus and suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts with glands for incoming & out going cable including fixing of flat iron clamps of size 20x4mm on PCC/Steel tubular pole.Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,errection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type SP-31 (9 mtrs long) incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel point 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engr-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

S&F in replacement of MS clamp suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole made out of 40 mm x6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer 3mm thick -02 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge

S&F in replacement of bracket made out of GI tubing single piece not welded, bended at proper angle of size 40mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the bracket for street light fitting all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Three phase, 20 Amps per phase, MCB rating 40 Amp, max load 5-8 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The Sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. By-Pass Option for both Sensor (NS-02) and VMS). Model : Swadeep-02EC-5kW3P-VMS complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Nut bolts, clamp for fixing on poles/wall are to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The sensor must have the warranty of min of 2 years . Supply only chain link fencing including line wires of 4 mm dia with 50x50 mm mesh size and type of strandard rails , straining bolts etc including provision of bending wire.
