M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick masonery complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 ncluding demolition of brick masonery complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work etc and including demolition of existing old cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/hard standings and making impressions with spike rolling or expanded metal whilst the concrete is green, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges also filling in uneven surfaces to make it level including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at panel size n, exc 2.0mx 2.0m and filling the same with sealing compound grade 'A' including necessary formwork including demolition of existing old cement concrete floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor etc complete including demolition of existing old concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed coloured rubberised moulded pre cast concret interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid, jointed and pointed in grey cement with pigment to match the shade of tile with and including 25mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling of existing damaged tile flooring etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make as approved by GE

M&L for Machine pressed coloured rubberised moulded precast concerete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid, jointed and pointed in grey cement with pigment to match the shade of tile with and including 25mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling of existing damaged tile flooring etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make as approved by GE

M& L for Rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cm x25cmx 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment to match the surface of tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles of any description or position complete all as directed. Note:- Make as approved by GE

M&L for vitrified exterior glazed colour tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 9.5 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments over and including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including dismantling existing tile complete all as specified and directed.. Make and product feature :- Grandura Bullet Beige of AGL or equivelent of Kajaria/ Somany/ Johnson.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concrete and sub base of floor etc including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wires etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting and riveting etc including dismantling existing RCC / wooden post and struts and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild Steel screw bolts 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or squre head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squre nuts exc 22.5 cm but n exc 30 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated galvanised chain link fencing, of size 4mm dia and mesh size 75 x75 mm to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire including dismantling of existing fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete/plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
