Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loame, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 m & Iead upto 30m Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.SOR (251).

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5 lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the engineer incharge . (Carted Earth 3.00 Km.) SOR 2

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR 2023 SI no. 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per DSR 2023. SI No- 6.1.2

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. M.S. Angle 35x35x5 for door frames as per DSR 2023 SI no. 10.31

Supply and fixing of flush Doors commercial quality conforming to I.S. 2202 Part I (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges bolts locks handles springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally. SOR 470.
