(zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum. (zero point zero six cubic meter) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II, 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeters to forty five millimeters)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab using paving grade bitumen VG-30 meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 including roughening of surface with wire brush cleaning the surface, applying a thin bituminous tack coat of VG-30 grade bitumen at the rate of 0.325 kilogram (zero decimal three two five) kilogram per square metre. After applying tack coat fixing chicken mesh reinforcement of 1.50mm (one decimal five zero millimetre) dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular openings of 20-25mm (twenty -twenty five millimetre) before pouring mastic asphalt prepared using mastic cooker for heating course aggregate, filler and bitumen as per section 500 of MORTH technical specification laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with a layer of hard stone aggregate 13.2mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) of 9.50mm (nine decimal five zero millimetre) nominal size as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge precoated with VG-30 (VG-thirty) grade bitumen applied at the rate of 0.005 cum( zero decimal zero zero five cubic metre) per 10 (ten) square metre and rolled or pressed into surface at approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimetre) centre to centre in both direction when the tempreture of surface not less than 100 deg. c (one hundred degree celcius) protruding 1mm (one millimetre) to 4mm (four millimetre) over mastic surface all complete as per section 500 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
