LAYING UG CABLE FROM 110KV KOPPAM SUBSTATION TO KOZHINJIPARAMBIL SCHOOL JUNCTION FOR MULAYANKAVU FEEDER under Electrical Section Koppam

Doing one cable end termination on cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally.

Providing one Earth using earth pipe incl. digging & backfilling pit and supply of charcoal, salt, sand etc.

Supplying & pulling 125mm HDPE pipe duct for drawing 11kV 3x300Sq mm Alu. XLPE UG cable through the duct incl surveying, marking,drilling,pre raming,closing of pits with normal soil/filled sand/crusher sand,taking the cable to the open trenches and mounting the cable after prov. loop at 1.2m depth, testing commissioning, placing route markers at 100m interval, writing identification name ,date of laying & comming etc. legibly using polyurathane paint etc.as per the diren of dep.officers.

Excavation of cable trench in all classes of soil and backfilling after laying of cable (excluding laying of cable).

Laying HT XLPE UG cable (of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sqmm) as per specification excl. excavation and backfilling.

Mounting the cable ends of all sizes upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps incl. cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary connections.

Earth work in excavation in hard rock using non explosive agent (Chemical) or any other method without resorting to the use of conventional explosive materials etc in all lifts and conveying and depositing the excavated rock etc at places pointed out by the departmental officers in charge of work.

Additional rate for excavating trench on tarred/concrete surface of specified size.
