Construction of KGBV Hostel Type-III at Jai Kishan Higher Secondary School,Lakhna for the year 2025-26 (Building)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring & Shuttering if required etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in stoney earth and gravel mixed with stone boulders not exceeding .014cum in volume with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc. complete.

Excavation of foundation in laterite rock or any hard rock ( other than granite or distinguished rock ) removed by chiesselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and depositing the soil within initial lift 50 mtr. as per specification and direction of the Engineering in chsarge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished section only etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6 ) in foundation and plinth below the base course of terrazzo flooring using 4cm (1 1/2") size black hard hand broken granite stone metals of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0'-6" thick inlcuding cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using K.B.Bricks / Cement flyash of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and plinth in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. R.C.C.work of M-25 having a minimum comprresive strength (in work test) 250 kg/Cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting,lowering laying and compacting concrete by using vibrator with watering and curing for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beds whereever necessay including cost conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S.Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and labour charge for bending binding and tying the grills etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
