The panel shall be fabricated from minimum 1.633 thick M.S. Powder coated sheet of approved design. The A.C. module of the Central Control shall have the following accessories: Status indication (ON, OFF) for each compressor for each chilling machine and all pumps. Push Buttons and Indication lamps for remote start and stop and status indication for each of the AHUs. Push Buttons and Indication lamps for remote start and stop and status indication(ON, OFF and Fault) for each of the 3 Nos. Cooling Tower motors and low level indication for each of 3Nos. cooling tower. Hooter and Flashing lamps to indicate operation of any safety/shut down with necessary contractors, accept, reset and test push buttons complete as per specifications to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of work.

Supply, installation, testing Water Cooled Centrifugal Chilling M/c of 450 TR (Actual) capacity with VFD and harmonics filters at below mentioned operating conditions with Eco friendly non-poisioness / R-134a refrigerant, semi-hermetic/hermatic type compressors provided with unit mounted /Free standing starter driven by suitable KW Sq. cage induction motor complete with water cooled shell and tube type condenser, 19mm thick insulated shell and tube chiller, refrigerant piping, Refrigerant and Oil (First Charge ), Microprocessor based control panel and accessories etc. as per specifications, all mounted on M.S. frame complete factory fitted in all respect . Totally Enclosed Motor shall be suitable for 415 volts plus 10%, 50 Hz , three phase A.C. supply AHRI / EUROVENT certified with Factory fitted Air Cooled IP 54 VFD and IP 54 harmonic filters limiting THDI- 5%, THDV -5%. Including power and control cabling between starter and Chiller: cost of witness testing of chiller at 4 points at reducing condenser water temperature as per AHRI. Performance is to be winessed by the two Engineers of Department at vender/contractor`s cost.
