(a) Re-upholstering of seat and back with new tapestry cloth of approved quality.

(b) 75 mm thick new seat cushion and 50 mm thick new back cushion of approved quality of foam duly covered with new tapestry cloth of approved quality.

(c) Hydraulic system of suitable size and design as per original Pattern.

(d) Handle of chair (PV Soft) of suitable size and design as per original Pattern.

(e) Castor wheel to chairs revolving as per original Pattern.

(a) 12 mm thick BWR grade phenol bonded commercial plywood on top of the bed. Make of plywood - kit ply/Green ply/ National.

(b) Head Board made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board including 04 mm thick PVC beading as per drawing.

(c) Foot Board made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board including 04mm thick PVC beading as per drawing.

Table Bed Side MAP (FD/E6/MAP/15) S & F of the following components of Table Bed Side MAP including dismantling of old unservicable one complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawings: -

(a) Top made out of 18 mm Prelaminated Particle Board including 4 mm thick PVC beading allround.

(b) Small Drawer with Telescopic Channel.

M&L for running gas or electric welding as per site requirement, to make good the loose joints (size approx per joint 25mmx25mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS square pipe of size 25x25x1.60mm wall thickness as in any part of steel furniture in any length as required, duly welded to the existing frame including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS conduit pipe 20 mm bore, having 1.60 mm wall thickness as in any part of steel furniture in any length as required, duly welded to the existing frame including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the following old painted steel furniture articles of any description and in any position, filling cavities with necessary putty or other fillars to achieve even and smooth suface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to achive surface even and smooth in glossy finish complete all as specified and as directed: - NOTES: - (i) Painting work shall be carried out all around on the complete exposed surface including internal parts like shelves, drawers, stiffners, partions etc. with spray painting process. (ii) Newly replaced parts shall be treated with one coat of red oxide primer before painting work and cost of the same deemed included in the unit rate of these items. (iii) Cost of removing of all dent and correcting of deshaped profiles shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of these items. (iv) Surface and site shall be made neat and clean by the contractor. (v) Work shall be carried out within the area of Air Force Station Bhowali or in the Furniture yard of BSO as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

(g) M & L for preparation of sufaces of chair dinning cushioned by throughly rubbing with emery paper, applying raw / burnt seina uniformly from chair dinning cushioned and polishing with french polish one or more coat to obtain a glossy finish complete all as specified and directed.

Bed plywood top (FD-245 & FD-246) S & F of following new components of Bed plywood top comprising outer member made of shisham wood and internal frame made of cheer wood, covered both sides of board with 3.5 mm thick one side teakwood finish plywood with 12 mm thick half cut teakwood beading including dismantling of old unservicable one complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawings: -
