E/w in filling in ordinary soil with cartage as per SOR no -251

Exacavation in foundation in ordinary soil loam clay or sand including lift up to 1.5 m & lead up to 30m including filling watering & ramming of exacavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the fondation trencges as per SOR no -251

Cement concrete with 4 cm (1/2" gauge approved Brick ballast approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material and T&P All Complete as per SOR NO-281

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand as per sor 303

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, column with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).as per sor 283A

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per dsr 5.22.1

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in s/s Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand as per sor 310
