Attending the site without material for rectification of minor fault of non functioning of the E/A set i/c removing air lock, checking of the power connection, other faults etc as reqd.( Will be measured only if fault is cleared and DG set is made functional )( With use of items /material of Value less than Rs. 500)

Carry out of "B" check of the following capacity DG set of various make i/c replacement of lube oil, element type lube oil filter/screw type lube oil filter, set of fuel filter, air filter, tightening of all nut bolts for arresting all king of leakages cleaning of the air filter, Tapped setting adding distilled water in the battery, checking of the battery etc as reqd.

15 to 32.5 KVA

Rewiring of the burnt wires of the E/A set controls to the E/A panel i/c replacement of wires, lugs& making connection testing etc as reqd.

(a) For E/A set up to 125 KVA

Supplying & fixing of the SMPS type electronic Battery Charger of 10 Amp DC capacity for DG set Battery , suitable for 240 Volt 50 Hz AC cupply i/c making connection , removal of Old faulty Battery charger if available etc. complete as reqd.

a) For 12 Volt starting Battery EA set (1x12 Volt Single Battery)

b) For 24 Volt starting Battery EA set ( 2x12 V Double Battery)

Reparing of the transformer type Battery Charger of 10 Amp capacity i/c making connection etc as reqd. including repair or replacement of

a) Bridge rectifier

b) 12 Volt Transformer suitable for Single Phase 50 HZ AC Supply.

Supplying & fixing of the following parts of the 15 to 500 KVA E/A set of various make & model but without labour charges, credit of non returning of unserviceable material etc as reqd.

Hose pipe set with clamps for water circuit

Metallic Braided fuel pipe of required length with two sided benzo bolts or one sided benzo bolts and other sided threaded nut.

Supplying & installation of the following capacity 12 Volt low maintenance type lead acid battery along with heavy duty brass leads for above engine including filling initial charging & applying anticorrossive chemical on leads connections testing etc i/c credit of non return of unserviceable old battery as required. ( Make - Excide, prestolite, Standard, furukowa,space sheeter, Amar Raja, Bosch, Hitachi, Kirloskar)

Supplying & fixing of the electrical components in the E/A set panel excluding labour charges etc as reqd.

(a) LED type indication lamp with "voltage indication" ( Red or Yellow or Green )

Labour charges of repairing of DG set Control panel i/c replacement of necessary parts as below.

a) Pla relay with base 12 volt DC 8/11pin

b) Pla relay with base 24 volt DC 8/11pin

c) HRC fuse HN type 2-6 Amp

d) Push button

e) ignition Key assembley.
