Supply and laying, etsting cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The punched thickness of sand will be measured only

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80mm bore, GI pipe, light grade, laid under roads / drain / culvert, fixed to poles, walls with & including flat iron clamps bolts / nuts / washers / fittings (if any), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm interior diamentions in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 RCC cover with GI frmae, charcoal and common salt 15 cm in layers all around the earthplate 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip and watering pipe 20 mm dia GI, a funnel with wire mess should be provided on top of watering pipe complete as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.
