Manual operation of electrically operated lifts of any capacity, any type and make at Naushakti Vihar to serve any number of floors by providing separate lift operator (semi skilled) in each shift of 8 hours duration per each lift, on all the days including Sunday & Holidays, including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Out sourcing : One lift operator (semi skilled) per shift of 08 Hrs for each lift. Total No of lifts: 04 Nos BLOCK No. SS - 1 & SS - 2, JS - 1 & JS - 2 (No. of lifts 04 nos) (2 shifts per day) Shifts & timings:- Ist shift - 0630 Hrs to 1430 Hrs IInd shift - 1430 Hrs to 2230 Hrs

Notes : (a) In case of non function of passenger lifts, the goods lift installed in the same building to be operated as directed. (b)The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair/ replacement of perished/ unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessorises, cleaning /up keeping of lift & surrounding area. (c) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning of installations.

Manning and operation of DG sets, pump sets including operation of controlling valves and attending minor break down of pumpsets, pipe lines and DG sets & connected accessories at HF/DF & RS stations area in 2 shifts of 8 Hrs each shift (including sundays and holidays) complete all as specified and directed.

Man Power :- One Semi-Skilled operator per shift of 08 Hrs in two shifts a day Shifts & timings:- Ist shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs IInd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Man Power :- One Semi-Skilled operator per shift of 08 Hrs in two shifts a day Shifts & timings:- Ist shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs IInd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Note for SI item No. 1 to 3 : (a) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down carefully the existing unserviceable surface conduit type aluminum point wiring for light, fan socket 5 amps/15 amps complete removing the same including fittings/fixturesand making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metalic PVC rigid gray/black colour conduit pipe 20 mm dia fixed on suface of wall/ceiling etc with necessary conduit accessories incl 1.6 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes concealed/ in walls covered with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated or brass screws for housing switches,socket outlets, fan regulators etc including provision of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable with multistranded conductors as earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed for :-

One light point controlled by one switch

One fan point controlled by one switch.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet point on independent board

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point on the same board with other switches

All as per item No 5 here in before but wiring with 2.5 sqmm and earth wire 1.5 Sqmm unsheathed single core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor for 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet

M & L for switch piano type, 5 Amps single pole one way

M & L for switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 Amps flush type universal.

M & L for switch socket combination 3 pin 5 Amps and 15 Amps flush type.

M & L for ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50 mm two to three terminals.

Supply and fix electronic type speed variable/step type fan regulator 230 volt, AC complete.

Taking down submain wiring and M&L for sub-main wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm 1100 volts grade and including non metallic rigid 20mm dia PVC conduit with all fitting and fixing accessories and including PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :-2 runs of cable, one run of earth wire (copper cable) & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one running metre.

M & L in repairs sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral , 240 volts, 8 way double door with 200 Amps rated bus bar ,and taking down unserviceable DB/main switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral , 240 volts, 4 way double door with 200 Amps rated bus bar ,and taking down unserviceable DB/main switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs MCB single pole, 240 volts 6 to 32 Amps

M & L in repairs MCB single pole and neutral 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts

Supply and Fixing street light fitting of New generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life Versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP65 roadway luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver suitable for pole dia upto 40mm including GI pipe bracket made of 40mm dia pipe light grade of length not less than 1.2m bent to shape as required fixed with and including necessary MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
